Art Gallery spaces in the ground floor corridor of the building equipped with in-house track lights & music system, open up opportunities for various artists to exhibit their Art & Sculpture, Video Installations etc. A free WiFi Zone and an attached AV room for private discussion are the added advantages of the Art Gallery.

b.	Waste Management Charges - @ 10% of the Total booking amount					
c.	For Additional Hours: 10% of the Total Booking Amount of the concerned space (chargeable per hour). The charges thereinof might be deducted from the Security Deposit Amount after the function and if more, additional payment needs to be done by the organizer.
d. Charges for days for Installation & Dismantling : 50 % of the rental charges for the concerned space.
