The space can be used for Conferences, Discussions, Workshops, Seminars, Training Sessions and Community Events.  It is also provided with a break-out space with attached washrooms.

Other Charges:

a.	Security Deposit  :  50% of the Total Booking Amount of the concerned space (limited to 1 lakh)			
b.	Waste Management Charges - @ 10% of the Total booking amount					
c.	For Additional Hours: 10% of the Total Booking Amount of the concerned space (chargeable per hour). The charges thereinof might be deducted from the Security Deposit Amount after the function and if more, additional payment needs to be done by the organizer.
d. Charges for days for Installation & Dismantling : 50 % of the rental charges for the concerned space.
