A dynamic open space designed in the landscape to the left of the building for multiple functionalities like art and sculpture exhibitions, craft demonstrations, outdoor workshops or activities, etc. The space also provides an LED video wall that can be used for advertising or craft displays.  Tree projections at night also add beauty to this space. This facility is provided with a Common Washroom Block.

Other Charges:

a.	Security Deposit:  50% of the Total Booking Amount of the concerned space (limited to 1 lakh)				
b.	Waste Management Charges - @ 10% of the Total booking amount					
c.	For Additional Hours: 10% of the Total Booking Amount of the concerned space (chargeable per hour). The charges thereinof might be deducted from the Security Deposit Amount after the function and if more, additional payment needs to be done by the organizer.
d. Charges for days for Installation & Dismantling : 50 % of the rental charges for the concerned space.
